A complete CNC machining facility from cut to size panels and plates
to precision machined components allows us to undertake a wide
variety of work for a far reaching spread of industrial, commercial
and retail applications.
With the ability to machine a variety of materials such as Acrylic,
Polycarbonate, PETG, PE, Polypropylene, Nylon, PVC Foam, Acetal,
Aluminium and MDF and utilising a maximum bed size of 3000 x 2000
our CNC routers are ideal for producing large or small flat panel
components, long profiled sections and parts with multiple holes.
Our CNC Laser gives us the facilities to produce intricate cut
patterns with high quality finishes which need no secondary
operations. Letters and logo’s for the sign industry, acrylic panels
with polished edges for point of sale/exhibition stands are just a
couple of examples.
Small to medium batches of machined parts are produced on CNC mills
and lathes from stock shapes giving an economical option to
compression moulded parts as well as providing a wide range of
alternatives to traditional steel
components. Reductions in weight, good wear properties, superior
corrosion and chemical
resistance, electrical and thermal insulation and ease of processing
are just a number of reasons to consider plastic over steel.
We also offer plate and sheet cutting from stock thicknesses 1mm to
100mm in strips and straight sections with tolerances of +/- 0.5mm
and rod billeting to provide discs, rings, square sections, blocks
and irregular shapes in any thickness from stock shapes.
We accept a wide range of file/document formats which can be
imported into our CAD/CAM stations and in turn converted into CNC
from concept to completion
